The location is very near to the train station, suitable if you are traveling for a day trip in other city like Bologna, Milano, Modena, even you can make one day trip to Florence (2hr by train) which we did and was perfect. The breakfast is excellent esp the coffee, the nearby san barnaba restaurant has very delicious food..
I can not really find ant complain during our stay in the hotel

Location is superb for the city and railway station.

A very comfortable hotel and the staff were excellent - very efficient & helpful & they all spoke excellent English.
The only slight drawback was that it would have been nice if there had been a bar open in the evenings

Absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a room that was freezing-only to be met with dead air conditioning and an ice-cold bathroom radiator. 14 EUR for breakfast? I thought I was in Italy, not a highway diner. I almost thought of leaving a good review until I realized I didn't even get a room upgrade as compensation for my troubles.

We appreciated healthy and rich breakfasts and exceptional views!
Had a very enjoyable stay during our vacation, everything was really good. The room was large, with very comfy bed and a walk-in shower and a shower in the bathroom. The attached restaurant was magnificent, they served outstanding food.

The facility impressed with really good cleanliness warm staff and superb internet connectivity perfect for staying in touch during my trip.
Noise from the nearby train station detracted from sleep quality and parking access posed challenges during busy periods.
